Terms & Conditions

1)All prices shown are in GB pounds sterling.

2) To order a piece of Deborah Kelly-Hopkins Jewellery please send an email with the product code, size required if applicable, your email address and your phone number. Deborah will then contact you to confirm details of the order and for payment.

3) Payment of goods to be supplied shall be made in full at the time of placing the order unless otherwise agreed by Deborah Kelly-Hopkins. Payment can be made by credit or debit cards. American Express is not accepted. Cheques and Postal orders should be made payable to Deborah Kelly-Hopkins and crossed "and Co"; please do not send cash through the post. Deborah Kelly-Hopkins cannot accept responsibility for lost remittances.

4) Delivery of goods will be within 30days from confirmation of order unless otherwise agreed in writing; but any specified time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and Deborah Kelly-Hopkins shall not be liable for late delivery howsoever caused nor shall such failure to deliver be deemed to be a breech of any contract.

5) Delivery to countries OUTSIDE the UK will take longer. Postage/courier fees are NOT included in the price and will be quoted seperately. Deborah Kelly-Hopkins will not be responsible for paying any customs charges.

6) The images on this site are a fair representation of the piece you will recieve although no two items are exactly the same.

7) Quotations of price (whether written or oral) are subject to withdrawal or amendment by Deborah Kelly-Hopkins at any time prior to receipt by Deborah Kelly-Hopkins of any acceptance and thereafter are subject to correction or errors at any time. If Deborah Kelly-Hopkins has not received an acceptance within 30 days of the date of quotation, the quotation will be deemed to have lapsed. Retail prices for UK delivery are given inclusive of VAT and P+P. All orders received and accepted by Deborah Kelly-Hopkins (whether written or verbal) are deemed to form a contract. Whilst every endeavour will be made to supply the goods at the quoted prices, Deborah Kelly-Hopkins reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice, in particular, should any increase occur in the cost of labour, materials, transport and all or any other direct costs between the date of quotation and despatch of goods. All descriptions, dimensions, particulars, weights and specifications given in any Deborah Kelly-Hopkins catalogue, price list and advertising are subject to change and therefore do not form part of the contract.

8) Prices shown on the site are subject to change. Deborah Kelly-Hopkins will endeavour to keep prices current at all times. However with the constant flutation in material prices this won't always be possible. You will always be notified of the current price before payment is taken.

9) All goods sold by Deborah Kelly-Hopkins are sold subject to these conditions.

Returns

If you wish to return any jewellery it must be returned in its original Deborah Kelly-Hopkins packaging within 28days and must be brand new and unworn. It is your responsibilty to take care of the jewellery whilst in your possession. A refund for UK customers will be credited to your card within 30 days. Deborah Kelly-Hopkins does not pay the postage costs.

Items made to a specific size such as rings, bracelets, bangels and necklaces will only be refunded if found faulty. It is your responsibilty to give the correct size required when placing the order. In most cases the item can be resized and returned. Deborah Kelly-Hopkins will charge for the alterations and return postage.

Wilful, maliciuos damage or negligence whether accidental or otherwise will void any rights you have to a refund or exchange.

You must inform Deborah Kelly-Hopkins by email or in writing if you intend to return any item(s) first. You will then be given further instruction.

Customers returning goods from outside the UK will need to consider customs charges for sending to the UK. The parcel must be marked BRITISH RETURNED GOODS. Parcels incorrectly labeled will be subject to excise duty when coming back into the UK. Deborah Kelly-Hopkins will not be held liable in paying these fees and will refuse to collect item(s) from the sorting office if a fee is required to be paid.
