Career History

Studied HND in Jewellery and Silversmithing, Birmingham's School of Jewellery. I won the William Kendrick award for dedicated studies during my HND

1997 I was part of the Design Fellowship in Birmingham. This is an initiative that still runs today as Design Space which provides jewellery designers and makers with business training and support to enable them to make a living from thier craft

1998 Set up my own business working part-time initially.

2000 Dedicated myself full-time to my business after successfully receiving funding.

2005 Studied short courses in stone setting and working with Platinum at Birminghams School of Jewellery.

2005 Won the BJA Award for Excellence in Jewellery.

2006 Relocated to Cambridge and opened my own retail shop Q Jewellery.

2009 Q Jewellery closed to allow me to concentrate on what I love, designing and making jewellery.

2010 I currently work from a studio selling my work at local craft fairs and through independant retailers around the UK.

2015 15 years working solely as a jewellery designer maker.
